Craft Show Application

A. Exhibitors, employees and other representatives will comply with all general rules and regulations prescribed by the Winnie Area Chamber of Commerce (Wacc). B. Exhibitor will indemnify and hold harmless from all costs, losses , damages , or expenses including expense from litigation and attorney's fees resulting from any loss , injury or damage real or asserted , to any person or property arising out of any act or omission of exhibitor or his employees or other representatives. If requested, exhibitor will furnish WACC with evidence that exhibitor has insurance in force with a reputable insurer, including coverage(with limits approved by WACC) against contractually assumed liability. The Winnie Area Chamber of Commerce, it's officers, agents, or members, the Winnie Area Communities and the corporate sponsor shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to theft, fire, accident, or other causes, but will use reasonable care to protect the exhibitor from such loss. C. The exhibitor will completely set up his booth by 4p.m SATURDAY, DECEMBER 7th, 2024 , and will remove all property and all structures placed on the space by him and will surrender in the same condition, except for natural wear and tear and damage not resulting from this contract, as at the beginning thereof. The area should be clear by Saturday after event ,DECEMBER 7TH 2024. I understand I leave my property and structures at my own risk. NO SECURITY WILL BE PROVIDED BY WACC. Once completed form is sent to Chamber, a invoice will be sent to email on form.
